The attached garage is located below at the ground level, I love it. The garage contains a generous storage closet as well.
The building featured in the Google streetview screenshots is the building which the townhouse is located. Interior pictures are coming, we are in the process of moving our furniture and will post them when the unit is empty. Viewing is available on appointment. The rent is a bargain, $900/mo, as the prior residents stained the carpet and I was offered the unit because of this, which was easily remedied with a throw rug in the living room. Ordinarily the place would be nearly $xxxx+ monthly. Pets aren't allowed by management and a non-smoking tenant is preferred.
Just two caveats are required: you carry renter's insurance for the duration of the sublease, runs about $15 monthly covering your own personal effects, but best provides liability coverage for any structure damage while you're here. The last is that it is necessary for you to submit an application at the mgmt office, for a background check that any incoming resident would do anyway. I will rebate their fee to you upon being approved and taking possession of the unit.
