I am trying to sell my contract for the summer semester. This is a private room in student apartments very close to BYU campus. contract will be 4 months long from May to August with a chance to resign a new lease if you like the apartment. I am offering the first month (May) free. The apartment is very nice and nicely kept, clean, and has very awesome roommates. Clubhouse very nearby with inexpensive laundry, pool, sauna, and gym. Very social atmosphere with constant optional activities in the clubhouse, and an amazing ward and bishop.
