I have lived in this apartment for 2 years but I am leaving to do an internship for the summer, and so I have to sell my contract. The apartment is one block from BYU, located just around the corner from Brick oven pizza. The contract is for a private room, with a shared bathroom(it is shared with one more person). The apartment has its own washer and dryer, and full kitchen. The complex has a pool and hot tub, as well as a patio/bbq area. Since I am in apinch and need to sell the contract I am going to subsidize the apartment. Instead of $325 a month( the normal spring/summer rent) I am going to pay $100 of it a month meaning you only have to pay $225 a month. It's a great deal for a great apartment.
